I hate that feeling when your craving a food, but you don't quite know what food it is that your craving. I think just about everyone goes through this
crave phase, but the question is, how do you get over it? First things first, go raid through your kitchen and see if anything catches your eye. If you're like me,
nothing will. Now, uh, how would you put it... Second things second? Makes sense. Anyways, go on the internet and search for that
treat or
snack that always makes you feel good. Consider that your -guilty pleasure goal. Now here's the big step, especially if you don't have good patience... Cook it or bake it. If you don't know if you have enough patience, simply do what I'm about to tell you. Tell yourself this, and if it doesn't really work the first time, repeat it. Again, and again... Anddd again.
"It's so worth it. When it's done cooking/baking, it will taste so good - if I did it right." That will encourage you to do it, and thus, when it's ready, your craving will hopefully be gone... Now, if your craving isn't in your kitchen, and you can't cook or bake it, then I hope you have money. Go out and buy whatever it is that you crave!
So here's my advice for all of you craving something to eat: go for it! just don't go overboard ;) You know what I mean by going overboard, don't eat too much of it too fast (especially if it's junk food), I don't think you want a stomach ache!
